Professor Augustina Koduah is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Ghana’s School of Pharmacy, Department of Pharmacy Practice and Clinical Pharmacy, with a distinguished career in health policy, pharmacy practice, and research. She holds a Ph.D. in Health Policy and Governance from Wageningen University, an MSc in Health, Population, and Society from the London School of Economics, and a B.Pharm (Hons) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology. Her research focuses on pharmacy workforce policies, electronic pharmacy governance, antimicrobial resistance, and medicine pricing strategies, with active involvement in projects like the National Pharmaceutical Service Governance in LMICs and the SUPPORT-SYSTEMS Project for universal health coverage. A Fellow of the Ghana College of Pharmacists and the West African Postgraduate College of Pharmacists, she has held leadership roles such as Head of Department and served on numerous national and international committees, including the Ghana National Medicines Pricing Committee and the Health Technology Assessment Technical Working Group. With extensive publications in health policy, pharmaceutical governance, and health systems research, Professor Koduah is a respected educator, mentor, and influential figure in advancing pharmacy practice and health policy in Ghana and beyond.
